About Heartsaver Training for Corporate Teams
Heartsaver Training courses are designed by the American Heart Association for individuals with no formal medical training. These programs are ideal for corporate employees, safety teams, facility managers, and workplace staff who may be called upon to respond to cardiac events, injuries, or emergencies.
Topics include adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and a wide range of First Aid scenarios. Heartsaver certifications are widely accepted by employers, insurers, and regulatory agencies, and help support OSHA compliance for workplace safety programs. Training is available in in-person and blended learning formats, making it easy to integrate into your company’s operations.
Heartsaver CPR, AED & First Aid
This is the most widely used course for office, warehouse, field, and retail staff. Employees will learn how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants; use an AED; respond to choking; and provide First Aid for bleeding, allergic reactions, burns, and more.
The course supports OSHA workplace safety guidelines and is recognized by insurance and risk management professionals as part of a proactive safety culture.
Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens
Recommended for workplaces where employees may be exposed to blood or bodily fluids (e.g., janitorial, manufacturing, maintenance). This online course teaches universal precautions, proper clean-up procedures, and personal protective practices. Helps support OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030).
